We call our food cuisine; Elevated American Pub food and we strive to craft our beer to be inspirational. If it doesn’t inspire us, then we don’t release it. Our menu was 100% crafted by our internal team using the culinary expertise of our prep cooks, line cooks, and managers. We are extremely proud of the time and testing that went into the creation of our menu and hope you feel the same way. We seat about 260 people inside and 40 people outside. We make all of our sauces by hand (okay, we use an immersion blender) and believe that craft is not just a name for beer.
